@Gimmick @TakuAmazuki You're right, it usually is. Once in a while you get someone who just happens to stumble upon one of them...anyhow, if you have any more questions you can PM me or use the Where is / How to? forum.
Gimmick
Create and submit stuff using the project page which you can access by clicking the upload icon in the top right corner. Browse the portals using the links on the main menu bar. Additional goodies at the bottom like a feed for latest news posts, featured audio, art, games and movies.
